When will my order arrive?

It depends on the shipping company selected for delivery. We work with a range of shipping providers in major cities. Typically, it takes from one to three days from order confirmation.

Do you offer international delivery?

Currently, our contracted shipping companies deliver within the country and to specific cities listed on our delivery page. You can inquire about international shipping outside the country through our store's WhatsApp to get information on product weight, pricing from international shipping agents who are not currently listed on the store.

What if there's a manufacturing defect in the product?

Please refer to our return policy to understand the conditions for returns and exchanges. If there is a manufacturing defect and we agree to a return, the shipping cost to return the item will be deducted from the refund. The cost of shipping the replacement will also be borne by the customer. The value of the product itself will not be deducted from the customer, according to our return policy.
